Performance Systems offers Project Management services that encompass the full life cycle of program activities from startup through implementation and evaluation. Our team includes certified Program Managers complemented by a broad set of subject matter experts in areas such as acquisition management, cost-benefit analysis, human capital planning, program evaluation, IT management, IT security, and cost, schedule, and performance management. We employ and teach a variety of methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma and Work Structure Breakdown (WBS), to assist our clients in their efficiency and professional development goals.
